02 · Young People's Creative Workshops

Creativity gives young people another way to be heard.

We go where young people need us. Our mobile creative service brings music and creative technology into the environments where young people already feel comfortable and supported.

A mobile creative service

Wherever young people are, we can meet them there.

Access should not depend on a young person being able to travel to a particular building. We take the creative experience to them, helping remove practical and emotional barriers to taking part.

We bring our workshops to places where young people already feel comfortable and supported. That could be a school, community centre, care setting, studio or another appropriate youth environment.

Each location is an example, not a limit. We work with the people around a young person to find an appropriate setting and shape the creative experience around those taking part.

Making something together changes the conversation.

Creativity is not only the activity. When a young person is writing, producing, performing or building something, communication tends to come more easily — and so does connection.

We have particular experience and interest in working alongside neurodivergent young people, and we start from what someone can do, not what they find difficult.
