03 · For Employers
Create connection beyond the workplace.
People working away from home do not stop needing friendship, community and connection. We work with employers to create the environments where those things can happen.
Wellbeing works better when people actually want to take part.
Plenty of workplace wellbeing begins with an invitation to talk about mental health. For many people, that is a difficult place to start — particularly in industries where employees move between projects, work long shifts and spend weeks in temporary accommodation.
Our proposition is different. Rather than asking people to open up on request, we help employers build environments where people meet, do something they enjoy and get to know each other. Conversation follows from that.
Major construction and infrastructure projects in Birmingham are a clear example: large workforces, many of them living away from their normal homes and communities for long periods.
