About Us

A Birmingham organisation built around connection.

Neuro Sound Therapy is a Community Interest Company. We use creativity, music, gaming, shared experiences and community as ways of creating connection, communication and wellbeing.

Why we exist

Support only works if people can actually reach it. Not everyone wants a formal appointment, and not everyone finds it easy to sit down and describe how they feel.

So we start somewhere else. We create spaces where people are doing something they enjoy — playing, making, listening, competing, creating — with people they feel comfortable around. Conversation tends to arrive on its own.

The name Neuro Sound Therapy points to that idea rather than to a clinical service. Sound and creativity are how we open the door; community is what keeps it open.

Who we work with

Men

Our free Thursday evening group in Birmingham gives men a relaxed place to meet, play games, listen to music and talk when they want to.

Young people and communities

Our mobile creative service goes where young people need us, from schools and community centres to care settings, studios and other supportive youth environments.

Employers and organisations

We work with employers whose people are away from home or in isolating roles, coordinating activities that build genuine community.

How we work

We keep things accessible. Free where we can, informal where it helps, and open to people from any background.

We are a young organisation and we are honest about that. As our work with partners, schools and funders develops, this page will grow to include our team, our partnerships and evidence of the difference the work makes.

Work with us, or come and see what we do.

We are always open to conversations with people, schools, employers, funders and community organisations across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
