Every Thursday evening in Birmingham, men meet to play games, listen to music, make things and talk — or not talk. It is free, informal and open to anyone.

An evening, not an appointment.
This is not a formal therapy session. There is no structure to follow and nothing you need to prepare. You do not have to sit down and discuss your mental health, and you do not need to arrive at exactly 6:30pm.
The point is simpler than that: a comfortable space where conversations can happen naturally, when people are ready for them.
There is no restriction based on age, ethnicity or background. Whoever you are, you are welcome.
An evening can include

Things to know
- You do not need to be in crisis to attend
- You do not need to prepare what to say
- You can arrive late and leave when you like
- We have been able to connect people with employment opportunities and other useful services where appropriate
